Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposit:
   
   • To secure your nail service appointment, a non-refundable $10.50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
   •  The deposit can be made through Zelle or through email link after the booking (with $0.50 processing fee.)

           Payment Method

• We accept CASH ONLY for the remaining balance of your nail services, payable at the time of your appointment.

             Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $10 or $10.50 deposit.
• Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without losing the deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be within a reasonable time frame.

              No-Show Policy:

• Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the $10/$10.50 deposit.

              Refund Exception:

• In the event that we are unable to fulfill the appointment, the $10/$10.50 deposit will be refunded.

         Quality Guarantee:

• We strive to provide exceptional nail services. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please bring it to our attention during your appointment for resolution.

         Booking Acknowledgment:

• By booking an appointment with Nailsbyhailey23, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in these terms and conditions.
